Altamont, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham County Fair has announced shuttle service will be available today for travel to and from the fairgrounds.

Bus shuttles will be running all day today to and from Altamont Community High School, and from Altamont Grade School. Shuttles will be running today from the Altamont Bleacher Factory and from the The Equity Altamont location after 4:30pm.

They also gave extra information regarding carnival tickets. Any carnival tickets purchased at any time during the fair this week can be used at the carnival anytime it’s open today or tomorrow.

The carnival opens at 6pm today and 2pm Saturday.
